What is “Pre-Order”?

Pre-Order is your all access preview of our upcoming MIRACLE (SS21) collection, one of a kind pieces and gorgeous SUKEINA exclusives. Your ‘Pre-Order’ registration gives you a VIP opportunity to see, browse and shop new collections before anyone else and before our ‘must have’ items are sold out! All confirmed pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the item is available.

How Do I Pre-Order?

Register on our Pre-Order page to get exclusive access once new collections launch. Simply browse, select and purchase any item marked as ‘Pre-Order.’ Your item will be shipped as soon as it’s available.

When Will I Receive My Pre-Order Purchase?

Our new collection ‘MIRACLE’ debuts in store for Spring/Summer 2021. Your exclusive pre-order access begins September 14th and orders placed will ship by January 2021 before retail availability! As soon as your pre-ordered piece has been sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details, so you know when to expect it.

Can I Change My Pre-Order?

Yes you can. Should you need to make any adjustments to your order, please do so no later than 7 days after your initial purchase.

Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?

If you need to cancel your order, please do so no more than 7 days after your order has been placed.

Can I Return Or Exchange My Pre-Order ?

If after you’ve received it, your purchase isn’t exactly to your liking, you may return or exchange your order. Please refer to our RETURNS section for guidance on returns and exchanges.
